Sharifah
Aun Let the group know

John
Cascardo also
asked for help in identifying persons that may be able
to re-activate dormant neighborhood associations. It
was noted that the city needs to provide support and
assistance to restart associations. Dave Tillman
suggested that we as a group could offer assistance in
a mentoring role to fledgling groups.
Dana
Holben, of Dearborn
Board of Realtors dropped off literature on “The Big
Open House” an event slated for April 27, 2008. The Dearborn
Board of Realtors will use this event to showcase Dearborn
as the premier place to live and work. The event will
market what we, as residents, have known all along to
the potential buying public. City services, schools,
neighborhood groups, great housing stock, cultural
diversity and history are just some of things Dearborn
can brag about. Everyone is encouraged to visit the
web site: http://www.thebigopenhouse.com/
Dave
Tillman is asking for personal “Success Stories”
of
how your involvement in the Dearborn
Federation of Neighborhoods has benefited your
neighborhood and ultimately our city. These antidotes
can be most helpful recruiting dormant associations.
